To make bookings please speak with the reservation team who are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you try to book outside these times you will not be able to use our special code.

When booking a £10.00 deposit is required per room

For those booking for multiple rooms/guests, the person who made the booking must be physically present at reception before you can check in
BANQUET INFORMATION
Banquet tickets are not included in your hotel stay or registration costs
Banquet tickets are £38.50 for adults per head, £18.50 for children per head

If you are staying at the Imperial Hotel, you can book your banquet tickets at the same time as booking your hotel room. You can buy your banquet tickets later if you wish to do so

There will be no banquet tickets available to buy at the Convention

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
£20.00 Pre-reg until 9th August
If you go to PayPal and type in [email protected] you will be able to pay for pre reg. £20 per person for the weekend
Select pay friend or family and we get the full £20
£25.00 for the whole convention, 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) this includes the dance on Saturday night
£10.00 for 1 day, for those wanting to attend the dance on Saturday, tickets are available at registration £5.00 each
£20.00 for 2 days, for those wanting to attend the dance on Saturday, tickets are available at registration £5.00 each
Banquet tickets are not included in your registration fee

Car:
Please note from January 2026 there is a £14 per 24-hour parking charge at the hotel where there is ample parking and parking in the surrounding areas.

There are streets nearby with on street parking/pay parking.
Train:
Travel by train to Blackpool would be best to Blackpool North Train Station and from there to the hotel via tram, taxi, bus, or walking.
Tram:
There is a tram from Blackpool North station (to Fleetwood) to near outside the Imperial Hotel (Wilton Parade or Pleasant Street) that takes a few minutes.
Taxi:
Taxis from Blackpool North train station are appro 3-5 minutes and cost between £5 to £7
Walking takes approximately 12 minutes from Blackpool North to the hotel. (Use Google Maps)
Bus service 3 or 3A which you can Catch the bus from Dickson Road (a short walk from the station) heading towards Cleveleys and get off at the Imperial Hotel stop. These services generally run every 15 minutes. Or service No 1 and this route also serves the hotel from the train station forecourt or nearby stops, typically running every 30 minutes.
